Born to V C Paul and Kunjannam on 21st Jan 1930 at Puthenpally, Baby was a loving husband, devoted father, and a cherished friend to many. His siblings are V P Papachan and late Lilly Chackappan.

Baby did his schooling in St Philominas school, Koonanmav and UC PU college, Aluva. He worked in Ruby Rubber Works, Bangalore for 21 years. He is a founder member of St Thomas association which was a social and cultural association for Malayalee’s in Bangalore. Everyone remembers him as an honest and straight forward person. They used to fondly called him Baby chettan.

Baby married Thankamma a teacher by profession in 1968. Together, they raised three children:

• Binoop Paul, a successful entrepreneur, married to Deepthy Kurian.
• Anoop Paul, also a thriving businessman, married to Tintu Elizabeth George.
• Chippy Paul, a dedicated homemaker, married to Dennis Augustine.

Baby was a proud grandfather to six wonderful grandchildren: Noah, Noel, Niel, Elna, Nyle, and Amia, who brought immense joy and pride to his life.

He will be deeply missed but remembered always for his gentle spirit, boundless generosity, and the love he poured into everyone’s lives.
